Mikael Storm Frederiksen holds a degree in economics from CBS and is Partner in the headhunter company Zeuthen Storm working with executive search and leadership development. Mikael has many years of board experience, currently as chairman of the board of Nørrebro Teater and board member of Verner Overgaards Familiefond.

Njal works with Technology and Innovation across the Danfoss group of over 30 businesses, running Man on the Moon, the global innovation competition for Danfoss employees as well as supporting numerous innovation initiatives such as hackathons, crowd sourcing, scouting and partnerships with technology companies. Anniken Fjelberg is a serial entrepreneur within the creative industries and has founded and worked in design agencies in the Nordics for over 25 years. She is an expert in identity strategies, branding, and communication, and has been investing in the startup scene for the past 10 years as co-founder of one of Norway’s largest creative tech hubs, 657 Oslo. Anniken holds positions in several boards of directors for various organizations and companies and does a lot of jury work across the Nordics. She’s also a renowned speaker, consultant, and strategic facilitator through her consultancy Identio.no.

Flemming Rafn is co-founder of the architectural firm Tredje Natur, which creates regenerative cities and buildings and develops innovative climate solutions. The projects of Tredje Natur concretize the transformation with both positivist and no-nonsense solutions towards 2050. Flemming is in the projects concerned with showing how the urban and natural circulation can involve us in a new life-affirming narrative about the future. Bettina Maisch is Professor for Entrepreneurship at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and Head of Education and Qualification at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE). Rama Chorpash is the founding director of the MFA Industrial Design program at Parsons School of Design in New York City, where he is a tenured associate professor. Ditte Lysgaard Vind is a circular economy and design expert, currently writing her second book Danish Design Heritage and Global Sustainability and author of A changemakers guide to the future. Furthermore, Ditte is a member of the Executive Board of The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation, The Danish Design Council and UNLEASH. Her main area of focus is to future-proof businesses and buildings by accelerating the transition to circularity through design-thinking, innovation, and strategic partnerships across industries.

Karen Grøn has a master’s degree in Aesthetics and Culture from the University of Aarhus and a master’s in public management from the University of Southern Denmark. Human relations to art and design with commitment and participation as the focal point has been the center of Karen Grøn’s work. Since the year 2000, she has worked at Trapholt – Museum of modern art, craft, and design, where she has been the director since 2010. In 2005- 2006 and 2018-2019, Karen Grøn was a guest researcher at respectively University College London and Tate.
