The work of textile design student Maria Viftrup is founded across the disciplines of art and design. It has one mission – to contribute to a more sustainable future.

Bridging artistic expression and material exploration, this is a completely fresh approach to creating products. It is a truly original approach which can engage people in conversations around a complex topic. Viftrup reflects the more artistic approach of the Danish design education. The project introduces design through material, illustratiing how Danish design DNA could be embedded into a new generation of designers.
