Your traditional swimming goggles have an update. The Magic5 is a swimming goggle individually tailored to the user’s face. An app scans the face and creates a 3D model, which is used to determine the optimal shape around the eye and the distance between the lenses. Instead of 3D-printing the entire goggle, a molded base model is precisely customized based on the scan using robotic technology. The angled lens design also improves the field of vision and depth perception underwater - making the swim a better experience.

Traditional swimming goggles are designed with a standard fit, even though face shapes vary. When goggles do not seal properly, swimmers often compensate by tightening the strap, which can cause pressure, red marks, and discomfort. The Magic5 uses individual customization to create a tighter, more comfortable fit with less localized pressure. At the same time, the production method makes it possible to manufacture custom-fit swimming goggles at a larger scale.
