A clearer path through menopause.

meno is a digital companion for menopause, developed by 1508 for the Danish Cancer Society. The app brings together symptom tracking, personalized guidance, and evidence-based knowledge to help women better understand how their body and mind change during menopause. By tracking symptoms, mood, sleep, habits, and treatments over time, users can identify patterns, see what affects their well-being, and become more aware of changes that may require medical attention. The app draws on research, expert insight from doctors and gynecologists, and women's own experiences, so users can make informed choices for their health and lifestyle throughout the transition.

Menopause affects all women, yet it is still characterized by limited knowledge, stigma, and fragmented guidance. meno brings personal data, expert knowledge, and practical tools together in one place, making a complex health transition easier to navigate. The solution can strengthen users’ understanding of their own symptoms and provide a better foundation for conversations with healthcare professionals. At the same time, the design focuses on calmness, positivity, and accessibility, catering to users who may be tired, depressed, or overwhelmed – all common experiences during menopause.
