Designing the future textile industry through closed-loop systems.

The textile industry is among the most polluting industries in the world, partly due to its consumption of non-renewable resources. Gabriel LOOP enables real change by decoupling the production of new textiles from the need for new resources. Instead, it utilizes materials and resources already in circulation.

Gabriel LOOP operates as a closed-loop take-back system that diverts textile waste from landfills and reduces our dependence on natural resources, supporting the transition to a circular economy.

Gabriel LOOP products are crafted from 100% recycled polyester sourced from post-consumer and post-industrial materials, combining textile waste with recycled plastic bottles.

With the introduction of its first product in 2023, Gabriel demonstrates that it is possible to create a fully circular business model without compromising product properties and lifespan. Since then, more designs have been added, and the range has continued to expand to recycle as much textile waste as possible.

The Jury says

Gabriel LOOP goes beyond its aesthetics; it represents a comprehensive solution that embeds sustainability throughout an entire product lifecycle. This commitment invites industry partners and consumers to help reshape how resources are valued, used, and repurposed.

The solution's scalability makes it compelling, as it serves as a model for other companies to emulate, amplifying positive change industry-wide. Their focus on innovation, transparency, and collaboration paves the way for broader adoption of circular models, steering industries toward a future in which sustainability is integrated as standard.
