A growing number of people in Western countries are cancer survivors, many of them living with their disease for years. That sparks a need to address the quality of life for cancer patients in treatment. Chemo to go, please! is an ambitious design solution that offers a significantly improved service experience for this large group of patients. A portable and accessible chemo solution such as Chemo to go, please! offers cancer patients better opportunities for continuing an active working and family life while they are in treatment. The concept was developed in cooperation with the large regional hospital Rigshospitalet in a process exemplifying that service improvements have the best conditions to succeed when they are created in collaboration with the users.
