Ulla Riber joined ISS in January 2017 as Head of ISS Corporate Garage. It is an autonomous start-up unit operating outside of ISS with the purpose to “Unleash ISS Innovation Power”. The Corporate Garage is a key initiative for ISS, responsible for driving organisational engagement towards a more innovative future using lean-start-up practices through ideation processes, market validation, commercialization, and scaling of new services and business models. Throughout her career, Ulla has demonstrated her ability to plan and execute strategic project activities from idea generation to final delivery through great leadership, strong project management skills and with a passion for innovation and performance.
Ulla holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, she is a guest lecturer/speaker at DTU, University of Southern Denmark and CBS Executive Summer School, and is part of the ISS Global Operations Management Team.
