Grundfos, together with SynergyXR, has developed a comprehensive virtual reality training platform. The platform includes seven different virtual reality training applications, all aiming at educating employees in several processes at different locations globally. The Jury says It’s an incredible learning tool and an interesting opportunity for Grundfos. Training that used to take a long time, can now be done much faster. Everyone can learn at the same time, and all over the world. It eliminates the need for manuals and makes learning more fun. It goes beyond what is already in the market, because it addresses the individual and it includes a backlog element, so companies can learn from past experiences eg. in the way they design the work environment.
