The Jury says This solution redefines building methodology and is an inspiration for the future. It is a beautiful marriage of architecture and a visionary municipality. It shows what a governmental entity can achieve if they’re willing to champion the right solutions. It pushes the barriers for what is possible in a municipal and urban context and gives an entire area a new image.
