StreetDome is a unique and innovative culture house, located at the new growth and development area by the harbour in Haderslev, Denmark. The culture house contains indoor and outdoor facilities for action sports and street culture, with a core focus on skateboarding, rollerskating, BMX, parkour, climbing, art, concerts and cultural events.
The jury says
This project is uniquely directed towards children and youngsters and towards skater- and street culture and is considered one of the best skateboarding venues in the entire world. StreetDome is unique and iconic as an urban space design for young people. And as new as it is, it has already been crowned by leading international design publications as one of the most unique and noteworthy spaces worldwide.
