ReefTile is a modular brick designed to boost harbor biodiversity.
The brick is a 100% biobased, 3d printed, biomimetic design. It is intended to be installed along human made harbor walls, especially steel retaining walls, to improve biodiversity.
ReefTile is designed to mimic natural coral patterns, with different niches and spaces to target different species. The designs are intentionally made to be aesthetically pleasing to both wildlife and humans, in the hopes to connect people to the ocean and inspire curiosity.
Together with the RevKasse installation system, ReefTile can be installed without needing a diving team on site, in as little as thirty minutes, reducing costly installation prices for biodiversity projects.
