Climate change is happening. How can we make the best out of a bad situation? The Jury says This design provocation asks the question – can we use excessive rainwater to produce useful temporary structures that somehow alleviate the problem? The jurys asks the question “Can this idea be made to work?” In any case the proposal inspires new thinking and takes climate change seriously and addresses it in another way. Multiple and complementary approaches are needed to manage climate change.
