The jury says Pleo has rapidly grown since it was founded. In 2021, Pleo had 250 employees. Today they have over 800 employees throughout Europe. An exponential growth like this shows a unique ability to increase employment while keeping design at its core. Clearly, they have revolutionized the industry, and that deserves special recognition. Therefore, Pleo is the clear winner of the Employment Growth Award this year.
