Kubo and the #TagTile language accommodate children's cognitive level of development in the age of 3-11 years. Through hands-on learning children can learn complex coding concepts before reading.
The jury says
Play and learning go hand in hand with Kubo, a successful start-up. The little robot with the big potential gives children – and others without prior programming skills – a way of understanding coding: a language that all Danish schoolchildren should learn along with their mother tongue. In its design expression, Kubo is an appealing and engaging playmate who is already playing a positive role in several Danish preschools.
