Butter is like Zoom but focuses on interactive workshops. It’s an in-browser video conferencing tool for workshop facilitators to run workshops (Design sprints, HR Training) in one platform. The Jury says Intelligent online conference systems are an important response during COVID. Here, they have really thought about how an online workshop feels – it is more than just looking at a window on your screen. From a facilitation point of view it is an amazing solution. The integration works really well – it’s as if you took zoom and mural and put them together. These solutions will also play an important role post-COVID. The better we get at designing them, the less we will need to fly people around.
