Anders Bang Kiertzner is senior design og innovation strategist and the owner of the company MONOLITH, advising on matters relating to strategic innovation and business transformation in favour of a circular economy. Anders is known for his broad, systems approach where opportunities and solutions are evaluated contextually with regards to e.g. socio-cultural, environmental, economic and political perspectives. 

Anders has an academic background in design management and cultural studies and has held senior positions in a number of recognized design- og innovation companies. In addition to his role as advisor, Anders has conducted several masterclasses and accelerator programmes both nationally and internationally, focusing on user studies, design thinking, innovation management and circular economy.

Anders has been a part of the Danish Design Awards International jury since 2018.
