Ulla Riber joined ISS in 2017 as Head of ISS Corporate Garage. It is an autonomous start-up unit operating outside of ISS with the purpose to unleash the innovation power in ISS. The Corporate Garage is a key initiative for ISS, responsible for driving organisational engagement towards a more innovative future using lean-start-up practices through ideation processes, market validation, commercialization, and scaling of new services and business models.
Throughout her career, Ulla RIber has demonstrated the ability to plan and execute strategic project activities from idea generation to final delivery through great leadership, strong project management skills and with a passion for innovation and performance.
Ulla Riber holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and is guest lecturer at DTU, University of Southern Denmark and CBS Executive Summer School. She is part of the ISS Global Operations Management Team.
