Air.Go 2.0 is a self-service bag drop solution for airports. The passengers benefit from a better user experience with no queuing, and the airport can check in 24 times as many passengers than before.

The jury says
Frequent flyers do not want to stand in line. Giving travellers the experience of gliding through check-in and baggage handling with no unnecessary delays is therefore a key competitive parameter for airlines. The free-standing bag-drop terminal Air.Go 2.0 is an innovative and user-friendly design solution. It is currently in use at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The system has a stylish and inviting aesthetic expression, and the solution is flexible enough to be adapted to the architecture of different airports. A design with the potential to generate many jobs, both in Denmark and in other countries, given a commercial breakthrough.
